Young Reader Reaction: Both of my kids enjoyed the moving pieces.

Adult Reader Reaction: I didn't care for this book. There wasn't much to it. I was not surprised that they liked lifting and moving the pieces but I don't think they got much from it.

Pros: Kids will have fun playing with the moving parts of All Shook Up!

Cons: This isn't a story.

Borrow or Buy: Skip. Lots of excellent books out there. Don't waste your time with one that is just not awful.
