Young Reader Reaction: My kids liked it, but not as much as I did. I was surprised. I thought they would like it as much as I did, but I think a book like this is more for the parents. They did ask to read it more than one time. ;-)

Adult Reader Reaction: I loved this book. Fox and Bird are so sweet and given that it mimics a parent's love for their child, it was no surprise.

Pros: Cuddling with this book is all about love: the narrative, the beautiful illustrations, and the simplicity of the message.

Cons: None.

Borrow or Buy: Buy! I can see this being a lovely baby gift for a new parent, or a book that a parent would want to hold on to for their children later.
