Young Reader Reaction: S/He loved itparticularly the "splash" at the end. This was a regular request for several weeks (and even after we returned it to the library).
Adult Reader Reaction: This was a fun story for introducing objects and Spanish. The vocabulary is basic, and it is easy to ask basic questions (where is x? what color is y?) and build interaction into the story.
Pros: This is an easy read for someone with even basic Spanish-speaking skills.
Borrow or Buy: Borrow. This is an easy read, but the vocabulary, once mastered, makes the book less valuable.
