Summary: Each sequence starts with a "Who's that hiding behind ..." The reader can see part of the next picture and have to guess what animal it might be. When the page is turned, the reader is introduced to the animal. Then the sequence begins again. Young Reader Reaction: Both children really enjoyed guessing what was the next animal. It was short and colorful so both children stayed interested the whole time. This is a book they asked to read again.
Adult Reader Reaction: Yes, it was simple and attractive and fun. I like how it encourages readers to examine the pictures and really get involved with the book. It was a fun book so I was not surprised that my children enjoyed it.
