Young Reader Reaction: My son liked the different cats, their faces, and their actions. He tried to do what the cats were doing, like lying down or sitting on the edge of a couch.
Adult Reader Reaction: This is a fun way to look at the alphabet. I liked the cats and how the illustrations played with the letters of the alphabet. I was surprised but he sat through the whole book, but he did ... and he really looked at each page as I read!
Pros: Great illustrations and lots of cat antics make this a fun, easy-to-read book for sharing with a young child.
Borrow or Buy: Buy. This is a good book to have on hand in your nursery. It's especially great for a daycare center and library, too.
