Young Reader Reaction: Our child has listened to us read the story several times. We haven't gotten any particular reaction one way or the other. However, when offered the CD, s/He was interested in exploring that.

Adult Reader Reaction: This is a nice story; it moves at a nice pace. You learn something, but aren't bogged down with minutia. The CD is outstanding, offering readers information about whales, dolphins, and porpoises, but also environmental topics, too.

Pros: The book and CD offer a great story with extra factual details and activities for all ages in the target audience.

Cons: None.
