MEET CANDI SPARKS

Money may be a universal language, but understanding money and how it works takes more than just talk. Candi Sparks understand that parents and kids both want help in making smart money choices.

Today's teens are living in a more financially sophisticated world than their parents did. Most have credit cards, savings accounts, and Paypal accounts. They are shopping online, with little experience in making and handling cash.

Through her books, articles, and workshops Candi goes beyond money math to help people become financially literate. She uses many of the same tools to talk about money that teachers use to teach reading.

Candi lives with her two children in New York City. She has a BS in xxx and holds a number of certifications related to finance, including Series 6 and Series 63 investment licenses. Candi is licensed by the New York Department of Insurance.
